I have a passion for supporting individuals and couples resolve interpersonal conflicts, identify underlying issues damaging interpersonal relationships, discover lost passion, rekindle friendship, and gain understanding of their triggers. I work with clients in a wholistic way to help them navigate challenging situations. I help individuals and couples identify thought patterns that could be influencing their emotions and behaviours. I am a person-centred counsellor with expertise in working with people from diverse backgrounds. I provide face-to-face and video counselling sessions after hours and on weekends.
I work with individuals & couples from different backgrounds struggling with issues related to relationships, stress, conflicts, marriage, separation, parenting & work-related concerns. I have experience working with women from multicultural backgrounds & have lived experience managing relevant issues. I use elements of Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
If you are facing uncertainties in your life, I will help you to identify and manage your emotions, feelings and thoughts. I will meet with you where you are in your life to understand your worldview, I will walk with you to help you achieve your desired goal and feel self-empowered.
