Hi, I’m Deslee. I’m an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with experience in public, community and private mental health services. I have an interest in working with all stages of life, with particular experiences in youth mental health, addiction, family violence, sexual violence, and generalist mental health support and advocacy.
I believe therapy should feel safe, real, and collaborative. I’m engaged, curious, and genuinely invested in understanding your world. I bring warmth, gentle humour (when it helps), and deep respect for your story. I draw on evidence-based therapies while tailoring sessions to you — because therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all.
