I support people across the lifespan who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or carrying the weight of life, including anxiety, stress, trauma, and life transitions. I work with neurodivergent individuals, women navigating multiple roles and transitions, and those who have experienced developmental trauma or interpersonal violence, supporting emotional regulation, insight, and meaningful change.
A referral is not required, but I accept referrals via Mental Health Care Plans, self or plan-managed NDIS, TAC, and Victim Services (Vic and NSW).
I offer trauma-informed, neuro-affirming therapy tailored to your needs. With 20+ years’ experience across community organisations, schools, community health, private practice, therapeutic care, and NDIS capacity building, I incorporate EMDR, interpersonal therapy, DBT-informed strategies, relaxation techniques, & psychoeducation to support lasting change
Starting therapy can feel daunting, especially if you’ve been carrying things on your own for a long time. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to start, you’re not alone. I offer a warm, supportive space where we can make sense of what’s going on and take meaningful steps forward.
