Hi, I am Sally, owner and therapist, working with individuals, couples, and families across diverse life experiences. My lived experience in international work with varied communities has shaped a culturally sensitive, compassionate approach. You will find a professional and supportive space where you can safely explore challenges and create meaningful, lasting change. I work with complex traumas, childhood adverse experience, sexual assault and sexual issues, one off events of rupture or multiple traumas. Been in therapy for long periods of time and nothing seems to fully work?

Together, we will work collaboratively with insight and understanding, balanced with my skills and your knowledge that help you manage emotional distress, strengthen boundaries, and restore a sense of safety in your body. You remain in control of what and how much you choose to explore. Family mediations available too. I am a neuro-affirming therapist.

What you share of your trauma story is your choice—I’ll meet you where you are, to support and build strength, for meaningful change for you. I challenge your thought patterns. I integrate Narrative Therapy along with, Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment needs and somatically informed Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDRNZ accredited).
