I work with children, adolescents and adults who have been the victims of crime, including domestic violence, sexual assault, intimate partner violence, and other forms of abuse and neglect. Clients work with me towards processing their trauma, relieving their symptoms and ultimate healing. My clients want to feel worthy, find peace, be heard and understood, and live the life that they deserve and want to live.
I work using trauma informed counselling, creative therapy and narrative therapy to provide a safe and gentle process for clients to address their issues and find meaning in their story. I supports clients in restorying their narrative to move forward in the direction they want to go in.
I work from a client-centred perspective, with compassion, empathy and non-judgement.
