The people I speak with may have work or personal issues or a combination of both of these, and symptoms associated with stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD, ASD/ADHD, BPD, perinatal and sensory processing concerns. The therapeutic goal will be to reduce these symptoms and improve relationships with self, beliefs and others. My ideal client will want to practice active coping skills plus other relevant relationship skills because they desire to connect with a greater sense of safety, security and acceptance.
As an Integrative Psychotherapist - just a fancy way of saying, I utilise different approaches like; CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy), ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy), SFBT (solution focussed brief therapy), Family Therapy, Psychodynamic and Couples Therapy to empower my clients to reach their potential.
I offer a lived experience of perinatal trauma, PTSD and Clinical Anxiety which may help you to connect with your own ability to transform from trauma. My passion is to empower people and their families to transform their emotional and mental challenges to freedom and improved relationships with self, beliefs and others.

Groups
ACA Gold Coast Chapter Meeting
If you are a member of the Australian Counselling Association there is a monthly chapter meeting held on the Gold Coast and other places around Australia. If you have any questions about these types of meetings it is best to contact ACA. The Gold Coast event is held at Robina Anglican Church on the first Saturday 2-4pm of each month. Purchase tickets through Eventbrite or ACA's chosen third party provider.
