Cody is a warm, non-judgemental registered psychologist who will help you investigate how your past can influence your present and to look at the roots of an issue. The idea is to work towards long lasting change and to help you develop a deeper sense of self, whilst providing you with better tools and coping strategies. Cody works with people experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, grief & loss, trauma, life adjustments, coping skills, life coaching, interpersonal or relationship difficulties and supervision.
She has worked with infants to adults during her career and ensures her practice is culturally appropriate and trauma informed. Cody's approach is integrative she she uses therapies like CBT, ACT, Psychodynamic therapy, Interpersonal therapy, Schema therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR. Cody also provides board approved supervision.
