Hey there! I am a clinical psychology registrar and registered psychologist. I specialise in OCD, Panic, Social Anxiety, Phobias, Generalised Anxiety, PTSD, trauma-related challenges, and much more. My style is warm, calm, non-judgemental, and easy to talk to - with a bit of humour when it helps. If its something you're interested in, I am also trained to assess and diagnose individuals of all ages with suspected ADHD, Autism, learning disabilities (dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia), and concerns about cognitive or functional capacity.

Over the years, I've worked with many adolescents and adults who are facing challenges to help them grow and find a better quality of life. In my assessment work, I keep things thorough but straightforward: I will explain what we are doing and why, look at the whole picture (not just one test score), and make sure results translate into real-life supports.

Medicare Rebates

If you have a mental health treatment plan (MHTP) from a GP, you are entitled to a $101.55 Medicare rebate per 50-minute session. This means you would pay around $99 out-of-pocket cost, per session, once the rebate is processed. Happy to answer any questions you might have regarding this process.
