Codie provides individual psychological therapy that is tailored to clients needs and concerns. He uses a variety of different evidenced based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy, Mindfulness based approaches, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
Codie likes to consider himself easy going and approaches therapy in a respectful manner, believing that creating a safe and supportive environment is crucial for successful therapy. He aims to allow individuals to feel comfortable and willing to take a cooperative and collaborative role in therapy.
