I particularly support people who are grieving and I understand grief can be associated to anything that you have loved and lost. I listen and support people through difficult times, I sit with you as you struggle to make sense of what is going on within and around you. Cobble Counselling offers a range of counselling services and styles. I work with you on your individual journey to bring clarity and contentment back to your life. I have worked for many years supporting children through loss and grief and educating adults around depression, stress and anxiety. Life experience, coupled with additional learning, allows me to communicate effectively with clients empowering them to problem solve and alleviate stressors.
