My name is Caroline - I am a Clinical Psychologist and former School Teacher and have spent all of my career working alongside young people as they navigate anxiety, stress, emotional difficulties and important life transitions. I have a deep appreciation of the pressures faced by adolescents and young adults and love that these years are full of growth, change and possibility. What an honour it is to help a young person flourish into adulthood!
