Hi, I'm Cleo and I'm passionate about working with people to explore what is deeply important to them and equipping each person to live rich, full, and meaningful lives in the midst of their life circumstances. This means we work with the 'hard stuff' while developing practical, unique approaches to enable you to live life fully.

I help people who are struggling and overwhelmed by using practical, research based approaches to reduce their suffering and increase their quality of life and sense of fulfillment. This looks different for everyone, so working as a team is key to bringing the changes you want in to happen in your life. We can do this online or face to face.
