DBT Core Mindfulness Skills
Mindfulness Group. This is a closed group and numbers are limited. Each session is 2 hours a week. Over the duration of the group, you will learn; Goals of Mindfulness Practice Wise Mind - States of Mind "What" Skills Observing, Describing, participating "How" Skills (how you practice when practising mindfulness) - Non-judgmentally, One Mindfully, Effectively Mindfulness of current thoughts and emotion Mindful meditation and much more. Our follow-on program from Core mindfulness is DBT Life. Distress Tolerance which runs over 10 weeks. Emotion Regulations which run for 10 weeks, Interpersonal Effectiveness which runs for 10 weeks. Before commencement of module 2 and 3 we revisit key skills of mindfulness for 2 weeks. Mindfulness is the core module in the overall DBT program, Completion of the Core Mindfulness is required. DBT Life runs for a total of 30 weeks each week you will attend group for 1 day for 2 hours. These are closed group and spaces are limited. Call to secure your place!
