I am a registered Psychologist with nearly 20 years experience working across both private practice and corporate consulting. I support adults presenting with a wide variety of psychological issues using a range of therapeutic approaches, predominantly Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and mindfulness techniques.
I support clients to live a more fulfilled and richer life. Together we work to develop new skills to handle difficult thoughts, feeling and emotions. Current habits and beliefs will be challenged and in partnership, changes will be identified to ensure that you are achieving consistent performance in the areas of your life that are most important to you.
