About
I work with children and young people to help navigate the challenges they may face in life including family conflict, parental separation, anxiety and depression, grief and loss, peer pressure, bullying and low self-esteem. Every child reacts differently to challenges they are facing and therefore I tailor therapy to best suit their individual needs. My aim is to help your child express their thoughts and feelings and provide them with strategies to cope better with the changes and challenges they are experiencing. My area of expertise includes trauma, depression and suicide prevention, family issues, self-esteem and anxiety.
I work with clients in a warm and empathic manner to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can begin to process and heal. I am dedicated to supporting the personal goals, development and growth of young people. I believe building trust with young people and their families is essential in helping clients to achieve their individual goals.
I understand that it can be difficult to make that first step to receive support. To assist your child on their journey, I invite you to send me an email with your preferred contact method or by calling our friendly reception team.
