I support adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, emotional overwhelm, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, and life transitions. Many of my clients feel exhausted, stuck, misunderstood, or disconnected from themselves and want a safe space to feel heard and supported. I provide a warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative approach, helping clients better understand themselves, develop practical coping strategies, build resilience, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.
I am an experienced counsellor and Positive Psychology practitioner using evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care. I tailor therapy to each individual’s needs, helping clients improve emotional wellbeing, gain clarity, and feel more empowered.
Reaching out for support can feel difficult, especially when you are already overwhelmed. You do not have to navigate things alone. I strive to create a space where clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. If you feel we may be a good fit, I warmly invite you to reach out.
