I am a dedicated psychotherapist & hypnotherapist, willing & ready to work with the willing & ready. I work with all ages and genders and have a passion for working with men and with adolescents. I work systemically, informed by IFS (Internal Family Systems) so we look at all your internal parts and all your external parts, for an integrated solution.
I hold safe space with no judgement for adolescents, adults, individuals or couples. I have spent 20 years supporting people through relationship ruptures, addictive behaviours or just being stuck. You will be companioned through mindfulness and systems based psychotherapy that supports you in unpacking the hidden gems that lie beneath the current situation.
