I am currently available to work with children for therapy across a range of emotional and behavioural challenges as well as for Autism Diagnostic Assessments. I value genuine connection and I bring that approach to the therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a welcoming, calm, and playful space, where you and your child can feel comfortable to express yourselves and explore the tricky things. I deeply appreciate the joys, challenges, and uncertainties that come with parenting and I empathise both with children and parents when a child in the family is struggling. I am here to help find a way through and create lasting change.
I have 10 years' experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I also hold a position at the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) and have past experience working in schools with the Department of Education and Child Development. A background in research and evaluation gives me a well-rounded perspective on evidence-based care.
I tailor evidence-based therapies to the strengths and developmental stage of each individual. We'll work towards your family's unique goals which may include your child developing more enjoyment and confidence, coping skills, and greater resilience.
