Active, empathetic listening within a nurturing environment is at the foundation of my practice, to ensure you feel truly heard and understood. Working together, I assist my clients to build useful coping skills and use evidence-based strategies (CBT, ACT, schema) in our sessions that are translatable to 'real life' changes outside the confines of therapy.
