So, why do this now? I aim to treat our interactions with sensitivity, respect, skill and even humor, to support you to think differently, behave differently and feel differently, in order to feel more yourself. It is often our habitual patterns that lead us to become frustrated, despairing, or stuck enough to seek support, not necessarily the crises we may face.
I provide effective, nuanced and evidence-based intervention options for individuals requiring a space for themselves, to better understand themselves and act more effectively on their own lives. I enjoy working with individuals who may be experiencing new mental health concerns, as well as those experiencing more complex, prolonged challenges or trauma.
