I'm a creative arts therapist working with teenagers through to the elderly. I can assist you in managing or moving through significant life changes, feelings of loneliness and stuckness, grief and loss and mental health issues such as anxiety and depression. I can assist you in developing and strengthening self awareness, resilience, confidence, self compassion which can lead to making healthier choices, feeling a greater sense of purpose and having more meaningful relationships.
I will guide you through creative processes that assist you in safely connecting with your lived experience and areas of concern. I will assist you in uncovering and exploring your unique gifts and challenges and hold a warm and compassionate space while you move through necessary stages of healing and change that feel meaningful and right for you.
Your experience with me will be collaborative and tailored to accommodate your individual needs, goals and challenges. No prior experience in art is necessary to reap the benefits of art therapy.
