I am a Registered Psychologist working with people experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, depression, trauma, eating and body image concerns, stress/life changes, grief/loss, chronic health conditions and disability. I have an interest in assessment and experience with Autism, ADHD, learning, intellectual and adaptive functioning assessments. I can provide reports for NDIS and education/school plans. I have lived experience of disability and work from an affirming, collaborative and empowering framework. I work with people of all ages and am currently only offering Telehealth services.
I offer therapy and assessments. I work within a trauma informed framework using evidence-based strategies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness and somatic approaches. I'm also a qualified Yoga Teacher. I'm NSW Workcover registered.
