My website
I am a specialist in online therapy, and am based in Australia and SouthEast Asia. Nobody comes to see a psychotherapist (and pays the therapist good money) unless they want something to change in their lives. My job is to help clients to identify what's in need of changing, and working with them to find the best way to make the changes.
Psychotherapy is talk therapy: I do not do loads of tests (just a few), but I often give "homework' (never-mind, it's never difficult or too time consuming). I am trained in psychotherapy, applied neuroscience and in psychiatry, and I therefore have a wide range of professional interests and methods to help clients to tackle their problems.
I am informal. I am broad-minded. I pay attention. I care. I chose this career because I want to help relieve people's pain - I have been there myself and I know what mental anguish does to us. If there is any chance that my intervention can help you, then my career choice has been worth it.
