I'm a qualified counsellor with a background in visual art. In sculpture, my process is one of layering and uncovering—of allowing for something unexpected to emerge through close attention and curiosity. In a similar way, therapy can bring patterns, memories, and underlying meanings into focus. As a therapist, I offer a space where people can discuss their thoughts, feelings, and personal history in an environment that is open, confidential, and free from judgement. My role is not to provide advice or ready-made solutions, but to support the process of exploration and encourage curiosity along the way.
I work with adults experiencing all kinds of concerns—chronic, acute, relational, or deeply private. I have previously worked in grief and loss, where life-altering events have led to crises of meaning. My belief is that every person brings a completely distinct set of circumstances to therapy, and that this calls for a unique approach in every instance.
My practice is based in the historic Nicholas Building in Melbourne’s CBD, where I share a space with a vintage bookstore. I see clients Mondays to Wednesdays, when the store is closed. Though unconventional, it’s a quiet, contemplative space that allows for a sense of privacy and warmth. Outside of these days, I'm available for phone or video appointments.
