As a partner and mother on my second long term partnership I understand the heartbreak of being in the wrong relationship, how it effects every area of your life and prevents you from showing up as your best self. Together we will work through why your relationship ended, how to stop it happening again and how to craft a life you love and are proud of.
I am passionate about helping women go from heartbreak to happiness. I hold formal qualifications in Mental health as and Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, a Masters in Wellbeing Science & Gottman Relationship Counselling Level 3. I also have LIFE experience of separation, heartbreak, betrayal and I know what's it's like to rebuild as a single mum.
