Human connection is at the centre of my practice. I have spent over 15 years in mental health settings. My approach is warm, collaborative and genuine. I hope we can create a space together which feels safe to explore and make sense of your story. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities such as CAT, EMDR therapy & CBT and tailor these to each individual. I am a Neurodivergent woman who has my own lived experience of mental health challenges & of suicide loss. I think this helps me connect and support others to make sense of things they may be finding hard in their often messy & complex lives.
I am open to working with everyone, who is open to connecting. I have expertise in working "relationally" which can be different from more traditional approaches. I l love working with Neurodivergent people, those who have experienced trauma, and supporting parents with the challenges of parenthood. Half of my work consists of clinical supervision.
Life can be a roller coaster at times. We are often so busy doing that it can be hard to pause and reflect on how we are feeling. This can result in a build up of tension and stress that shows up at other times- often when we are not expecting it to! I am here to hold space to reflect and make sense of these experiences. I look forward to connecting with you
