I have worked for over 12 years in the public mental health setting. I am passionate about increasing access to mental health support. My approach is warm, collaborative and genuine. I hope we can create a space together which feels safe to explore and make sense of your story. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities such as CAT, ACT & CBT and tailor these to each individual. I have my own lived experience of mental health challenges & of being a carer. I think this helps me connect and support others to make sense of things they may be finding hard in their often messy & complex lives.
My particular interests are working with young people aged 12-25 years and supporting parents with the challenges of parenthood.
