Chloe is truly passionate about working with individuals seeking to better understand themselves and their experiences, to grow in their sense of self-acceptance, become more authentic and improve their overall wellbeing. Chloe works with individuals aged 16 and above, presenting with, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, burnout, neurodivergence, trauma and stressor related disorders, attachment and interpersonal concerns, and emotional dysregulation. Chloe has a particular interest in working with individuals experiencing life transition challenges and acute trauma presentations in first responders.
Chloe practices evidence-based therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Chloe's approach is empathic, reflective and exploratory, providing a safe and supportive environment to explore your unique circumstances and desired outcomes. Chloe’s kind approach results in her developing rapport easily with a broad range of clients.
