I work with adults ages 18 years and older. I often see people who have difficulty with anxiety, depression, adjustment to life events, work-related challenges, relationship challenges, feeling stuck in life, or trying to make positive changes in their lives.
I provide a highly client-centred telehealth service and utilise an eclectic range of interventions to assist clients to live their best lives and achieve their goals.
Seeing a psychologist can be daunting. I pride myself in helping clients ease into therapy and by providing an empathic and safe space to explore their challenges. I also believe in the power of movement, and nature to improve our mental health and comfort during therapy.
