Jessica is a Clinical Psychologist with experience in both private and public sectors. Jessica enjoys working with adolescents (16+) and adults with a range of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, life transitions, and emotion regulation difficulties. Jessica’s approach is trauma-informed, integrative and client centred. Therapy looks different for everyone and Jessica places an emphasis on collaboration with her clients to set treatment goals and tailor her approach to meet their individual needs. She approaches therapy with warmth, empathy, and creativity, while gently pushing for healing and growth.
