Counselling sessions are unique and personalised. Heather Therapies is a therapeutic haven for all. It is a place where parents are equipped with the tools to navigate the complexities of parenthood and where children and teens are supported to express themselves. School-based sessions available.
I am client-centred and trauma-informed. I have extensive experience working with children with ADHD, ODD and anxiety. Sessions provide a safe space for children to explore their emotions through a child-led approach. Sessions can be outdoors upon request.
