I offer Internal Family Systems informed and Somatic counselling.
I support clients who suffer from complex PTSD, bipolar, OCD, schizophrenia, chronic pain, chronic illness, carer burnout, stress, depression and anxiety.
Clients who find me often have experienced years of talk therapies and find my holistic approach more conducive to overall well-being and healing. Clients also find it helpful that I also have lived experience of neglect and trauma.
NDIS friendly
LGBTIQ+ friendly
I offer Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed counselling as well as somatic counselling.
Clients find IFS combined with somatic approaches as well as my own lived experience of complex PTSD especially helpful.
IFS is a non-pathologising, powerfully transformative, evidence-based model of psychotherapy.
Before becoming a counsellor I worked as a psychosocial support worker within various programs on the Gold Coast. Most clients find it helpful that I also experienced complex PTSD symptoms due to early developmental neglect and trauma.
Happy to chat over the phone to make sure what I offer aligns with your needs.
