I support my clients by working on increased awareness, offering new ways to move forward in a more compassionate, resilient way of living.
We all have shadow parts that run our lives at times, parts we want to push away and shut down, it's working with these parts and getting awareness around them that can create acceptance and real change.
With a diverse background and extensive training, I am able to utilize a number of therapeutic modalities including Gestalt Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Brainspotting and Mindfulness, among others modalities. These approaches allow me to support my clients to create lasting change.
I strive to create a space where clients feel supported to investigate their unhelpful patterns and beliefs and move towards growth and wellbeing. I believe that every person holds the answers and ability within them to solve their current challenges, it is my job to get you in touch with that part and the changes you seek.
