Announcement icon During the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions, sessions are via telehealth and online.
PLEASE NOTE: Currently not taking on any new clients. Rainbow Muse offers art therapy, counselling and yoga in an inclusive environment that celebrates diversity. Therapy sessions are conducted using a variety of interventions including psychotherapy, talk therapy modalities, child-centred play therapy and mental health psycho-education. I incorporate a trauma-informed lens in my approach, allowing for meaningful processing and exploration in a safe and supportive environment. Yoga and mindfulness can be incorporated in therapy sessions to provide a tool in managing stress and regulating emotions. I am a registered NDIS Provider.
I work with people of all ages with a client-centred approach. I specialize in working with neurodiverse children and use child- centred play therapy to meet my littlest clients where they are at, helping them make sense of the world through art, imagination, creativity and play. Therapy is family-inclusive to best support the child and their care-givers.
I bring my mushy heart and years of experience in a range of community and mental health contexts to tailor treatments to each individual’s needs. Rainbow Muse is a magical rainbow world that welcomes you for who you are and collaborates on your wellbeing. If you would like to talk more about your specific needs and goals contact me.
