For over a decade, I’ve supported individuals, couples and families through all sorts of seasons, exploring what matters to them, what feels stuck, and what healing and growth might look like. I bring a whole-person approach to this work, which simply means I consider the body, mind, heart, spirit, relationships, and the bigger picture of life around us.
I’m a PACFA-registered counsellor with a Bachelor of Social Science in Counselling, and I’ve completed a Graduate Diploma in Relationship and Family Therapy. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, whole-person approach - supporting individuals, couples, and families through many of life’s complex challenges.
In sessions, I offer a collaborative, warm and practical space where we can explore whatever feels important to you - at your pace, and in a way that honours your values, strengths, and story. If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, heartbroken, uncertain about who you are - you’re not alone. You're welcome and accepted here.
