Sometimes life looks fine from the outside, yet inside you feel anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck repeating patterns you don't fully understand.
I work with women experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, eating and body image concerns, relationship difficulties, and the effects of narcissistic abuse. I offer a compassionate space to make sense of your experiences, find relief from distress, and begin moving forward with greater clarity and confidence.
I offer trauma-informed counselling that draws on attachment theory, neuroscience, somatic, expressive, and parts-based approaches. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in deep listening. Together we make sense of experiences that may feel intense or confusing, helping you find greater clarity, emotional balance, and confidence moving forward.
You don't need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. If you're feeling lost, burnt out, or simply ready for something to change, I offer a kind and supportive space to begin. You're welcome to reach out for a brief conversation to see whether working together feels right for you.
