I am a registered psychologist with 15 years of experience primarily in couple counselling, sex therapy, and PTSD. I am an EMDR therapist. I find that my training in these areas work well together as they often come up in relationship therapy. Some of the areas in relationship work is parenting, helping couples to reconnect after an affair, addressing imbalances in relationships, reduce arguments and fighting by helping with more effective ways to address difficult issues, porn addiction or porn issues, libido differences, anger, depression, anxiety, stress, sleep, grief and loss. Most of my expertise lies in relationship counselling, particularly infidelity, communication and dealing with recurrent arguments. I also do much work in men's issues, particularly porn addiction and sex therapy. I use EMDR for trauma.
