Many of my clients have experienced trauma, stress, or major life challenges, and are looking for a space where they feel safe, respected, and supported. I enjoy working with people of all ages. I value a collaborative, compassionate, and practical approach—drawing from a range of therapies to match each person’s unique goals. I’m a long-term Territorian who has lived and worked in Darwin for most of my life. I’m a dual-qualified Psychologist and Play Therapist with experience supporting people of all ages. I bring a wealth of experience and varied skills to my work, particularly in supporting clients who have experienced trauma or who present with complex needs.
My style is down-to-earth, genuine, curious and flexible. I value building strong therapeutic relationships and enjoy seeing my clients grow in confidence, feel well, and become empowered in their lives. Outside of work, I’m social and extroverted by nature. I love travel, good food, and connecting with people—values that also shape my professional side
