Centred Stage provides speciality counselling and coaching for those facing the unique challenges of the performing arts industry. Created for both performers and non-performers alike, Centred Stage can assist with performance anxiety, the challenges of touring, rejection and unemployment, and navigating the interpersonal relationships that come with working in intense and creative environments. Centred Stage also offers personal coaching to help those in the arts set personal and professional goals to unlock greater potential and achieve more in their creative pursuits.
With nearly 20 years experience working in the professional theatre, music and film/tv industries, Sophie brings her lived experience with the arts to the counselling experience to help her clients navigate this wonderful but challenging industry.
I understand this life because I have lived it. I have personally experienced both the dizzying highs and lowest of lows that comes with working as a professional performer. Now, as a qualified counsellor and coach, I am ready to help other creative minds make sense of this unique industry.
