Hi, I'm Mick, a Registered Counsellor. More specifically, I am someone who sparks change in people's lives. I support people in exploring their personal history and uncovering patterns they may not be aware of so that they can begin to control their emotions and be excited about their dreams, goals, relationships, and future. I have lived experience with Depression, PTSD and Anxiety, and in my experience, you can make significant changes in your life when you decide to. You will be amazed at how capable you are of exploring areas of yourself that you never knew existed, as the counselling process can allow you to heal and grow.
We also recognise that sometimes the best way to find answers is through personal interaction. That's why we encourage you to reach out to us. We're here to listen, to learn from your experiences, and to offer personalised assistance tailored to your specific needs. Your voice matters to us; we are eager to connect with you.
We believe in the power of empathy and understanding. We know that each individual's situation is unique, and we are dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, flexible, compassionate space where you can feel heard, valued and supported. We look forward to connecting with you and embarking on this meaningful journey together.
