I specialize in Trauma Processing and this is where i find that the most positive outcomes are from. I love to talk to people and hear their story then we work out together what is the core beliefs and where that this might come from. Then we work on processing any trauma from childhood or other parts of life. This impacts greatly on the story that you tell yourself and the patterns of behavior that you want to change. I don't want people to be sitting talking to me for years with no breakthrough or change in behavior. I want you to be living your life to the fullest with maximum joy!
I offer a humanistic client centred counselling that helps you feel heard and understood. I also offer a trauma processing specialty called "Brain Spotting". It is similar to EMDR but much simpler, it helps you to re process traumatic memories that might be driving patterns of behavior that are not helping you achieve happiness in your life.
I see many people who have had trauma in their lives in many forms ,from relational trauma to trauma from DV. We will work together to find understanding of your life journey and help you to re process events so that you make meaning of your trauma, but not let it rule your life.
