I’m Dr Cathy Drane, a provisional psychologist, dedicated to supporting my clients as they navigate life’s challenges. My approach combines warmth and compassion with evidence-based methods, particularly Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Having completed my PhD in psychology, I bring a deep understanding of human behaviour and emotional well-being to my practice, while keeping things practical and relatable.
I understand it takes courage to reach out for support. That’s why I create a space where you can feel safe to explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, relationship challenges, or life transitions, I’m here to listen and help you move forward.
When I’m not in the clinic, I enjoy spending quality time with my spouse and our three adult children or catching up with friends. Maintaining connections helps me stay grounded and brings balance to my life.
