As a trauma informed counsellor, I support clients with making sense of how they feel, particularly when they are experiencing hardships, whether currently or previously. You might feel stuck with how you feel about yourself, within family or relationships, managing a challenging work-life balance, or even trying to move forward after trauma or a loss. If you’re looking for a safe, non-judgemental, and supportive space to heal, where you can strengthen your self-esteem and feel empowered, I’m here to help guide you through those next steps. This is in encouraging you to find meaning, purpose, and fulfilment.
I provide a safe, respectful, and compassionate approach tailored to every client’s individual needs. My focus includes helping clients identify, understand, and manage their emotions, find safe ways to process their life experiences, and with the intention of promoting resilience in their wellbeing, as well as capacity building.
