At times, life can feel overwhelming or confusing. Talking with a psychotherapist provides a private space that invites reflection, curiosity, and meaningful change. My approach is grounded in psychoanalytic and philosophical perspectives yet expressed in clear, everyday language. I offer trauma informed psychotherapy and counselling sessions for individuals dealing with complex trauma, abuse, emotional distress, depression, anxiety, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, navigating significant life events, relationship issues or transitions, and those exploring the link between physical and emotional well being.
I was drawn to profession of psychotherapy as a catalyst for healing and personal transformation and remain passionate about both. My background combines clinical, organisational, and leadership experience, so I understand how complex lives — family, career, identity — intersect with emotional wellbeing.
