I have a particular interest in working with individuals who may have been overlooked or misidentified earlier in life, including those who present with more internalised or high-masking profiles. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and self-aware, yet have experienced longstanding challenges with attention, emotional regulation, sensory sensitivity, or feeling “different” in ways that have not previously been understood.
My assessment approach is both thorough and collaborative. It integrates diagnostic interview, standardised assessment tools, developmental history, and where appropriate, collateral information. I aim to provide a clear, respectful, and nuanced understanding of each person’s neurotype, including strengths as well as areas of difficulty.
I strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable to be themselves, without needing to mask. The process is designed to be collaborative, supportive, validating, and informative, whether or not a formal diagnosis is ultimately given.
