Feeling overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, or low self-worth is something many people experience at different stages of life. Life transitions, trauma, and family challenges can deeply affect our sense of safety, identity, and connection. As a trauma‑informed therapist registered with the Blue Knot Foundation, I offer compassionate support to individuals, couples, children, teenagers, and families. I provide a safe, non‑judgmental space where clients of all ages can explore their emotions, build regulation skills, and reconnect with their strengths.
I specialise in working with:
• Individuals impacted by trauma, abuse, and family and domestic violence
• Adults working through anger, grief, and complex relational dynamics
• Children and teens navigating trauma, emotional overwhelm, and behavioural
challenges
I am also an accredited Supervisor, providing reflective and supportive individual and group supervision to school counsellors, frontline practitioners, and counsellors working in community services and the family and domestic violence sector.
