Provisional psychologist working with children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, self esteem and identity challenges, neurodivergence, grief and loss, life transitions, and challenges with school and social relationships. Also supporting parents and families through the perinatal period — from preconception, pregnancy through to early parenting. I work collaboratively with each person to understand what matters to them and to find a way forward that feels realistic and meaningful for their life. Whatever brings someone to therapy, I feel privileged to walk alongside them in that process.
I draw on evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, and attachment-informed therapy, tailored to each person. I work from a neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed perspective, committed to an inclusive and safe space. I take a warm, down-to-earth approach, believing that feeling safe and understood is the foundation for everything else.
I work closely with supervising psychologist Dr Rachel Bushing to ensure comprehensive support for my clients. A provisional psychologist holds AHPRA registration, has completed 5–6 years of university study, works under the supervision of a fully registered psychologist, and are held to the same professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards.

I work with individuals navigating a broad range of life's challenges — including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, perinatal mental health, and suicidal ideation. In our first session, we don't need to cover everything, we simply begin to get to know each other, and map out what might help. With children and adolescents, building trust and safety comes first.

I most often draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and work collaboratively with you to explore what's brought you to therapy and what progress looks like for you. I bring in other evidence-based approaches and skills depending on your goals and preferences, working in a way that is trauma-informed and culturally responsive.
