My ideal client is often someone who feels overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck - perhaps navigating anxiety, burnout, depression, or late-diagnosed neurodivergence. They may have spent years caring for others, masking their needs, or feeling like something’s missing. What they truly want is to feel more at home in themselves, to understand what they need, and to relate to others from a place of authenticity. They long for a space where they don’t have to explain or perform - just be - and gently explore what’s been buried or silenced. They’re ready for something real, not quick fixes.
I help people slow down, listen inward, and make sense of what they’re feeling—especially when words are hard to find. As a Gestalt Psychotherapist and Registered Nurse and, I offer grounded, creative spaces for self-discovery - whether that’s in a room, under the trees, or beside a horse.
I know how hard it can be to reach out, especially when you’re feeling overwhelmed, lost, or unsure where to start.
