Hi there! I'm a Christian Counsellor. We can be hard to find : ( Within many communities, some people don't have a safe person in their life who they can turn to when life (and faith) become difficult and challenging. As a licenced Counsellor, I hold compassion tightly as people share their battles with me. It’s a very sacred space to be invited to walk through your darkest valleys and to celebrate with you on your green pastures. It can be a struggle to find therapists who cultivates therapeutic frameworks that professionally aligns with the Bible & our Supreme Creator and Redeemer.
In my Counselling practice I integrate Biblical faith into evidence-based therapeutic practices to facilitate deep, spiritual closure. I work with Christians, church and organisation employees, Pastors and Pastor's wives. I specialised in Trauma Counselling, Grief and Loss and Couples/ Marriage/ Family Therapy.
