I am a registered counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association (level 2) with a Master of Counselling. I have experience in many different areas, but I typically work with adults or adolescents going through periods of social change to uncover potential barriers and delve into the emotions surrounding that. This can include changing schools or careers, understanding changing sexuality and relationships with others, changing developmental milestones like puberty, mood changes, and more. I help by being a guide and a listener on a journey.

I specialise in integrative therapy, which uses aspects of different modalities to suit the needs of individual clients, but focus on solution-based, person-centred, and social justice counselling. I offer hourly sessions as soon as possible.
I am here to help you, and will focus intently on your needs, your autonomy, and your goals, whether they be emotional, relational, existential, or otherwise. All you need to do is reach out and we can have a conversation.
