My name is Carolyn and I am a registered Clinical Psychologist and board-approved supervisor. I work online through Insight to Action Clinical Psychology and in person through Archer Street Health.
I work with people experiencing a wide range of difficulties from anxiety (including panic), mood, stress, trauma, life changes and transitions (such as relationship difficulties/endings, work changes or injuries), life stage changes, migration, health changes including living with diabetes (T1DM, LADA and T2DM), perimenopause and menopause (including medically induced).
I also have a passion for working with people experiencing (or affected by) cancer (from pre diagnosis to end of life) across a range of difficulties. I also work with people (whether impacted by cancer or not) on existential difficulties (life, death, meaning and purpose) to assist people to create a life which is meaningful for them.
I value diversity and work with people of different cultural and/or religious backgrounds, neurotypes, genders and sexualities.
